Pledge levels and incentives

CLASSROOM LEVEL PRIZES

Classroom with the highest donation amount will receive the following:

• The teacher will receive a $75 gift card to Mexico Lindo

• The classroom will receive a pizza OR popsicle party

Runner up classroom with the highest donation amount will receive the following:

• The teacher will receive 2 X $25 gift cards to the Village Grill

• The classroom will receive a pizza OR popsicle party

One upper grade classroom with the highest number of PTA members:

• The teacher will receive 2 X $25 gift certificates to Polish Salon

• The classroom will receive a popsicle party

One lower grade classroom with the highest number of PTA members:

• The teacher will receive 2 X $25 gift certificates to Polish Salon

• The classroom will receive a popsicle party

Special incentive for TK/Kindergarten classroom with highest number of PTA members

• The classroom will receive a popsicle party

RULES AND NOTES

1. Prizes and other incentives are subject to change. We avoid this wherever possible, but if it is necessary, adjustments to offerings may be made.

2. In the event of a tie for highest pledge contest, earlier pledges will win based on the date/time of their pledge.

3. You will only be entered into the raffles of your donation category. i.e if you are in gold level, you will only be entered in gold level but not in gold, silver and bronze.

4. Raffle prizes are per family and they may only win 1 raffle prize. If a prize is won, the winner’s name is removed from future drawings.

5. Corporate matching funds are not included in the personal pledge total amount. The reason for this is that such funds are received throughout the year if the companies approve them. Our membership pledge levels are based on personal donations given during our membership pledge drive only.

6. PTA Board members and teachers are not eligible to enter the membership raffle drawings.
