Dear Evergreen Elementary School Families,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!
It takes a village to raise successful kids and strengthen our school and community. Be a part of a powerful association that can advocate on behalf of children and educators at the local, state and national levels.
Evergreen Elementary is a school like no other. Our school is an award winning blue ribbon school that delivers excellent education and we rely on support from parents and community members to sustain the PTA programs that make our school exceptional.
Support provided by PTA is not in the school district’s budget, so these programs are only available at our school due to your direct and generous contributions. A pledge of $150/ child from your side will make a huge impact on the classroom learning environment and allows our school to strengthen the support of our students in the classrooms. (Where does the money go?). NOTE: There is no requirement to volunteer by joining PTA.
Our goal is to raise $45,000 this school year. Membership is on a yearly basis and as a token of appreciation, PTA has some exciting membership gifts and raffles planned. (Submit your pledge forms by Sep 30 to be eligible for prizes and raffles).
Our school is strong because our families are involved and we can do more together than apart. We hope you will join the PTA and work with us to create a strong school community. (not interested in joining PTA? Here are other ways to donate to school PTA).
Evergreen PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization and will provide a receipt for tax purposes. Your contribution to the PTA is 100% tax deductible.
Your membership not only supports our school PTA but will also support PTA at all levels (Part of your donation is paid to Evergreen Council, 6th district, CA PTA and National PTAs).
